This morning while searching for a subject, I thought about how much I like painting hair, which led me to consider painting a face full of it- well, of fur. Sometimes painting feels like really hard work, but working on this little dog was just plain fun.

I like the touches of blue through the hair. Your use of color is so interesting and really packs a punch in your paintings.
